Colony Counter

 

Colony counter is one of many products that we offer in APS Instruments. Design specifically in order to meet the challenges and requirements of the customer. This is a complete product with a convenient pen which allows marking and counting simultaneously. This device has been enhanced with some additional features where counting is proficiently retransferred at digital panel.

 

Fitted with resettable solid setting encounter, makes it a product which is very low on cost. To have more close vision, this device has been equipped with a high definition magnifying glass. In order to get the uniformity in light illumination this has been fitted firmly with fluorescent light. Colony counter comes in two different displays one with three digit display ranges from 0 to 999 and the other comes up with four digit display with ranges from 0 to 9999.

Double Distillation

 

Double distillation is an apparatus, where we at APS Instruments only manufacture the best quality of it. This distillation apparatus consists of flak with heating elements which has been embedded in fine glass and fused in spiral type coil fitted internally in the bottom along with tapered round glass.

 

Double distillation is made out of joints at the top, walled with a condenser with B-40/B-50 grounded with glass. Talking about joints of our product which works on 220 Volts 50 Cycles AC.  This is a complete product made out of metallic stand rings and also clamps in order to get hold of flaks condenser along with an electrical board and switch. Neon light indicator and connecting cords are also been included for easy handling of this device. All these features are based as per the NPL patent.

Cement Autoclave

 

Cement autoclave is another quality product that ensures more feasibility at minimal cost which you find exclusively in APS Instruments. This autoclave is suitable for conducting accelerated soundness tests on cements or the autoclave expansion test requiring constant steam pressure with the correspondent constant pressure. It consists of a stainless steel cylinder with a welded heat insulated over, mounted on a sturdy supporting frame, enclosed in a heat insulated metal housing with a finish of attractiveness

Floculator

 

At APS Instruments we provide world class Floculator.  This unit is designed especially for floc formation test in water treatment plants with variable speed from 30 to 180 RPM 1/20 H.P. Its being mounted on mild steel housing supported by four benches of 9½ height. Stainless steel stirring paddle 1/3’ is attached to rods 10.14" long 1/4" Dia motor with a lifting knob at the top.  It has locking collars at stirring rod which permits adjustable paddle at a height spacing of 6 between the rods that allows usage of 1000ml.

Our Floculators also have beakers arresting directly on bench. This is a complete product with ON/OFF switch and supplied without beakers. Apart from all these some additional features can be added by just paying some extra cost and this includes a revolutionary counter, an automatic timer imported from Germany, D.C. motor can be replaced with AC/DC motor for more precision and you can also add a digital RPM meter as well.

Hotplate

Autopsy Table is the just like any other product that we manufacture at APS Instrument with elegant touch of perfection. That’s why we claim to be the largest manufacture of Autopsy Table in India.

This table is made out of revolutionary and one of the finest qualities of stainless steel at the top. A complete package of satisfaction, our table is fitted with skull clamps along with flexible shower. It sinks with a dual controlled valve which has been interconnected with a single spout.

 

Tissue Culture rack

 

We at APS Instruments are the sole trader, manufacturer and exporter of Tissue Culture Rack. These racks are very useful in various type of tissue culture plants other tissue culture work in tissue culture room. Our Tissue racks are made of tubular mild steel pipes duly painted for longer life / made of aluminum.

 

Each rack of size 48"x12" (depth) is covered with thick unbreakable plexi glass / sunmica paste duro board. Which are terminated and insect proof fire and weather resistant and each racks are placed at distance between 15.

Magnetic Stirrer

 

Magnetic Stirrer is a flagship product of APS Instruments. These apparatus are intended for stirring solutions of low viscosity in open or closed vessels. Magnetized Teflon paddle which has been duly coated placed in the container for accomplishment of the stirring.

 

Each apparatus of this group are widely operated on a bench, on a stand and in various laboratories scaffold as well. To meet the demanding challenges and the requirements of the customers, the intensity of stirring has been adjusted with its inclusive thyristorised voltage controller, which controls the energy all through the stirring cycle.

 

PH Meter

 

At APS Instrumnets we have been manufacturing world class PH Meters and that’s made us the sole leader in manufacturing this product. With its state- of- the -art design which specially argeted for routine pH measurement applications. Measurement of pH of any aqueous solution gives the degree of acidity or alkalinity of the solution. Mathematically pH is defined as the negative logarithm of the Hydrogen Ion concentration and pH is measured on the scale of 0 to 14 units.

Our Polari meter is suitable and convenient enough for testing sugar solution and other optically active liquids.

Rotary Buchi Evaporator

 

Rotary Buchi Evaporator is the one of the chief product that we manufacture at APS Instruments and provides the best quality of it in the market for quite a few years now.

 

This evaporator mainly used in vacuum distillation of solvent at high temperature and in low temperature as well. Our product is being fitted with non-sparking motor which reduces the risk of fire at variable speeds for variety of uses (90 RPM to 240 RPM).

 

It also permits continuous feed of solvent into a form where evaporating pears shape flakes and also make the distillation smooth under controlled atmosphere. Glasses parts which are fitted with this equipment can easily be replaceable.
